​​​​​Register now for the 2026 Surplus Property Public Auction​, which will begin Oct. 12 and end Oct. 20.​

The state surplus property program disposes of excess federal and state surplus property (two distinct programs with different rules and regulations) in the most cost efficient manner and in the best interest of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and its citizens. The Division promotes and facilitates sustainable reuse of personal surplus property to state, local governments and qualifying non-profit entities.
