The Office of General Counsel (OGC) provides legal counsel to the Finance and Administration Cabinet, oversees all litigation for the cabinet, and serves as a legal liaison to the Governor’s general counsel. OGC attorneys represent the cabinet before administrative boards and at all levels of state and federal court. OGC includes all attorneys who practice for the Department of Revenue.
