Office of Procurement Services

​​​The Office of Procurement Services acts as the central procurement agency for the Executive Branch and is responsible for purchasing all commodities and non-professional services for state agencies in excess of their small purchase authority. The office also provides administrative oversight of all personal service contracts and Memoranda of Agreement. The office ensures compliance with KRS Chapter 45A - Kentucky Model Procurement Code and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Code of Ethics​.​​
