The Office of Fleet Management provides technical and administrative services as well as procurement support for state vehicle fleet administration. The division manages the state motor pool and provides comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services. The division provides services including the distribution and assignments of vehicles; fueling options; maintenance and accident repair; full-service car wash, vehicle replacement and procurement; centralized mileage reporting; motor pool reservations; and roadside assistance.
The Transportation Operations Center (TOC) should be contacted at (502) 564-2080 if a driver experiences a breakdown with a Fleet-owned vehicle after normal business hours. The TOC is staffed 24 hours a day and will call for assistance to have the vehicle removed from the roadside and held until Fleet personnel return to work.
