Every month, all 120 Circuit Clerks collect various Court Costs, Fines, and Fees aka “State Monies.” These collections are reported on the Administrative Office of the Courts’ Summary Financial Report Form AOC-586. Pursuant to KRS 23A.215(5) and 24A.180(5), Circuit Clerks shall submit this report and remit all collections to the County Fees Branch no later than the seventh working day of each month. The reports should be submitted to SummaryFinancialReports@ky.gov and the deposit paid at https://secure.kentucky.gov/achpay. Once all reports are received, reconciled, and deposits accounted for, the County Fees Branch distributes the State Monies according to several KRS.
