WEX Fuel Sites
WEX fuel cards are assigned to each vehicle maintained by the Division of Fleet Management. Fuel must be purchased at a participating WEX fuel vendor.
WEX fuel sites are listed at the downloadable app WEX connect Mobile App, also at wexinc.com.
If your WEX card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the Division of Fleet Management at (502) 782-0102. The turnaround time for a replacement card is approximately four days.
Car Wash
The Division of Fleet Management operates a car wash for state vehicles. The car wash is located at 368 Warsaw Street in Frankfort, adjacent to the Frankfort Motor Pool location.
Car wash operating hours are 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, weather permitting.
The cost of routine car washes is included in the monthly rate charged for vehicles that are owned or managed by the Division. Vehicles not part of the managed pool will be assessed a nominal charge to offset the cost of providing this service. Agencies will be invoiced for this service monthly.
