Kentucky MWBE Application portal. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
To apply for certification through the application portal, you will need to have a Kentucky.gov account. Please click on the link below to start your registration:
- Once you have confirmed your Kentucky.gov account, return to this page – Application & Instructions – and select the application you wish to complete below.
Once you click on the application, you will receive a prompt to login. Login with your Kentucky.gov login and you can start the application.
