​​​​​​​​​​​​Applications for Kentucky MWBE certification are accepted through the new Kentucky MWBE Application portal.  Paper applications are no longer accepted.

To apply for certification through the application portal, you will need to have a Kentucky.gov account. Please click on the link below to start your registration:

  • Once you have confirmed your Kentucky.gov account, return to this page – Application & Instructions – ​and select the application you wish to complete below. 

Once you click on the application, you will receive a prompt to login.  Login with your Kentucky.gov login and you can start the application.
