 Division of Real Properties

The Division of Real Properties manages the Commonwealth’s real property. Responsibilities include the acquisition of property required by the Commonwealth (excluding highway right-of-way); maintaining an accurate inventory of owned and leased state property; managing state government parking facilities in the Franklin County area; leasing land and/or buildings for use by state agencies; maintaining space assignment records of all state-owned buildings managed by the cabinet; preparing quarterly occupancy charges for all cabinet-managed buildings; and approving all building renovations and alterations of  those buildings.
