 Office of Procurement Services

The Office of Procurement Services acts as the central procurement agency for the Executive Branch and is responsible for purchasing all commodities and non-professional services for state agencies in excess of their small purchase authority. The office also provides administrative oversight of all personal service contracts and Memoranda of Agreement. The office ensures compliance with KRS Chapter 45A - Kentucky Model Procurement Code and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Code of Ethics.

Per Personnel Memorandum 20-06, agencies will be required to provide two (2) cloth masks to employees and contractors.
The Kentucky Division of Emergency Management will be responsible for providing masks to agencies. Masks, no-touch thermometers and hand sanitizer (2 oz) can be ordered at .

Battelle CCDS System

This program is free to agencies, facilities, businesses, non-profits, associations, etc., that use N95 masks.
The Battelle CCDS system is operational allowing agencies to ship (via FedEx) N95 masks to the KY Expo Center for decontamination and receive a return shipment by FedEx, at no cost to the user.
