Office of Financial Management

The Office of Financial Management (“OFM”) is established pursuant to KRS 42.400 to oversee the investment and debt management functions of the Commonwealth. 

OFM manages short-term investments for the Commonwealth and its agencies pursuant to KRS 42.500 under the direction of the State Investment Commission. 

OFM also manages appropriation supported debt as well as other debt issued in the name of the Commonwealth.
