Open Records Requests
To obtain documents held by the Finance and Administration Cabinet, submit an open records request directly with the Open Records Custodian. Contact information is at the bottom of the following Form.
When applicable, include the Solicitation, RFB and/or RFP number along with the specific documents you are requesting. Should the proper information not be included, your request shall be deemed non-responsive.

By statute, responses to open records requests are required within three business days after receipt. Requests received prior to 3:00 p.m. EST shall be deemed received on that day; all requests received after 3:00 p.m. EST shall be deemed received on the following business day. Should the requested documents not be available within those three business days, a responsive letter will be sent with the approximate date of their availability.
