FleetOne Fuel Sites
FleetOne fuel cards are assigned to each vehicle maintained by Fleet Management. Fuel must be purchased at a participating FleetOne fuel vendor.

If your FleetOne card is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Jerry Ellis or Trudi Johnson at 502.564.2260. There is usually a 4-day turnaround to get a replacement card. Please call or email if you have any other FleetOne fueling questions.
Per Section FM-501, page 2, of the Fleet Management Guidance Manual, fuel receipts for fuel data are not to be sent to Fleet Management. Fuel receipts shall be signed and filed by the driver’s agency for one year.
