Welcome to Fleet Management!  Please read the information on this page carefully for details pertaining to Permanently Assigned Vehicles, FleetOne Fuel Sites, and the State Motor Pool Car Wash.  Forms and Guidelines are listed below and are available for download.

Notice:
Should a driver experience a breakdown with a Fleet-owned vehicle on a furlough date or after normal business hours, he or she is to contact the Transportation Operations Center (TOC) at (502) 564-2080.  Staffed 24 hours a day, the TOC will call for assistance to have the vehicle removed from roadside and held until Fleet returns to work.

FleetOne Fuel Sites

FleetOne fuel cards are assigned to each vehicle maintained by Fleet Management. Fuel must be purchased at a participating FleetOne fuel vendor.

If your FleetOne card is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Jerry Ellis or Trudi Johnson at (502) 564-2260. There is usually a 4-day turnaround to get a replacement card. Please call or email if you have any other FleetOne fueling questions.

Car Wash

DFM operates a car wash for state vehicles at 368 Warsaw Street in Frankfort.  It is adjacent to the Frankfort Motor Pool location.  Car wash operating hours are 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The cost of routine car washes is included in the monthly rate charged for vehicles that are owned or managed by DFM. Vehicles which are not part of the DFM managed pool of vehicles will be assessed a nominal charge to off-set the cost of providing this service. Agencies will be invoiced for this service by DFM on a monthly basis.
