Statewide Accounting Services is now offering the Year End Closing Package forms and instructions to the forms via the State's Web server. By following the links, you will be able to download the agency closing package along with the instructions to complete the closing package. Once completed, you may email the closing package to Kim Moore, Finance Accounts , and mail the signed forms to:
