The User's Guide provides a basic overview and understanding of ADVANTAGE. The guide describes ADVANTAGE functions and capabilities. It includes information about the database, chart of accounts, system controls, reports, extended budgeting, accounting, travel, inventory control, fixed assets, job costing, projects, grants, cost allocation, closing, and planning.
