About CRC Training
The Customer Resource Center provides training services to assist with procurement and financial practices and to support the new Management Administrative and Reporting System. Identification of the training subject matter and audience is guided by the problems and requests identified by the agencies through their contact with the CRC Help Desk, the MARS Users Group and other CRC functions.
Training Schedules and Registration is managed by the CRC and posted on the Internet for agencies to access. Training Materials and Manuals are also posted and maintained on the Internet.
