Blue Ribbon Commission on Public Employees Retirement Systems

The ability to attract and retain a modern educated work force is critical to the success of any employer, public or private.  Pension and post employment benefits often play an important role in a prospective employee's evaluation of current job opportunities and future career path.  This work group will examine the needs of future employees for security and flexibility in planning for retirement in the context of the commonwealth's ability to sustain those benefits going forward.
